Jährliches Treffen

We invite our members to attend our Annual Meeting, held on April 24 at 5pm, to hear how their credit union supported members and the community over the past year. We also share Arlington Community FCU’s yearly financial performance and answer questions from the membership.

Our volunteer Direktorium are voted on by the membership. The board members are elected for three-year terms, with nominations for new or incumbent candidates announced in January.

Board of Directors Nominations
The Nomination Committee is pleased to present the following nominees for two available three-year volunteer positions on the ACFCU Board of Directors, beginning April 2025.

Max Montague (amtierender Präsident)
Originally from St. Louis, MO, Max Montague has lived in the DC metro area for the past 20 years, residing in Arlington and Falls Church for the past decade. Mr. Montague is a vice president at Parsons Corporation, a publicly traded global critical infrastructure engineering services company and defense contractor, where he has strategy and growth responsibility for a $500 million full spectrum cyber capabilities portfolio supporting the United States Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. He holds a BBA in International Business from The George Washington University and has nearly two decades of experience in corporate strategy, business development, marketing, and program management. He has been a board member for the past six years at ACFCU and has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for the past nine and a half years; he was previously President and Treasurer of his condo board. Mr. Montague is passionate about volunteering his time and lending his relevant expertise to support community institutions.

Daniel J. Murray
Dan Murray, current Board Chair, joined the Credit Union’s Board of Directors in 2004. He hails from the Arlington County Police Department where he recently retired as deputy chief after 45 years of service. He brings with him extensive background in law enforcement as well as participation in numerous associations (the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police, and the Georgetown University Alumni Association to name a few). Mr. Murray, a long time Arlington resident, wishes to continue to serve on the ACFCU Board of Directors because he wants, “To help ensure that ACFCU continues its long history of prudent fiscal management while delivering exceptional member value and service.”

LaTasha Chamberlain
LaTasha Chamberlain is a deputy chief with the Arlington County Police Department, currently leading the department’s operations division. She has served the Arlington County community since 2001 in a variety of roles. Ms. Chamberlain is committed to the safety of the Arlington Community and has been recognized by the department and community. She coached high school sports with Arlington County Public Schools for 17-years, allowing her to mentor and lead Arlington youth while displaying professionalism, compassion, and commitment. Ms. Chamberlain is a member of several law enforcement professional organizations and a graduate of the Leadership Center of Arlington Lead 2024. Ms. Chamberlain is proud to serve the Arlington community through her work, and proud to serve the ACFCU membership through her volunteer service on the Board of Directors.
